How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been processed, an email containing your order details will be sent to the email address supplied on the order form.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for New Zealand orders. All orders are processed the day payment is received (up until 7pm) and couriered the following day. We use Courier Post as our delivery agent within New Zealand, which is an overnight service to most areas. Please allow an extra day for rural delivery.
For Australia, Canada, USA, and countries other than the UK and Europe please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Insurance is available on packages sent overseas at a cost of $10 per delivery. While every precaution is taken to ensure the safe delivery of your garment(s), we can not take responsibility for garments that are lost in transit.
Stock Availability
Generally all sizes, colours and prints are available at any time for purchase. Should your chosen garment be out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the expected delivery date and /or an alternative option.
Pricing
Prices on this website are shown in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any relevant duties or sales taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
What Are My Payment Options?
The first option of payment is through our secure online shopping cart. Simply add your product to the shopping cart and follow the prompts provided. Then you will be taken to the highly trusted PAYPAL service to recieve payments and process orders. At this stage you can either choose to log in to Pay Pal (on the right) or pay by credit card (on the left).
The secound option is to email and let us know what you were wanting to order. We will then provide you with the Performance Industry bank account details so you can then make a deposit into the company account. Once the funds have cleared you will be notified by email and your order will be shipped.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will show Performance Industry and the amount purchased. This should appear within 5 days of shipping the order.
Guarantee and Returns Policy
If you are not %100 satisfied with your purchase from Performance Industry we will refund, replace or exchange any item you purchase. This of course is provided it is returned to us in unused condition (with tags still attached) within 60 days of your purchase (90 days for international customers).
How to return or exchange:
Please fill out our Return and Exchange Form noting whether you would like to exchange, replace or obtain a refund for your garment. The Return and Exchange Form can be downloaded by clicking here
You can expect to receive your replacement / exchange and/or refund credit within two weeks after you post the original goods back to us.
Please note if you are exchanging your garment(s) for a different size, this will incur a $7 postage fee for the return of your new garment(s). Please check our Size Charts when ording a garment.
